Power of Twitter!

I just witnessed Twitter in a powerful way this afternoon. Here is the sequence of events

• Josh reported via Twitter that he is seeing "lost feeds" on Google Reader (GR)
• Minutes later Chris W. of GR team twittered and informed everyone that the GR team is working on it and referenced all of us to Google Group
• About 45 minutes later... GR team worked hard and fixed it!
• Ever since, I've read dozens of blogs reporting the incident. Everyone from Scoble, to Louis Gray, to Google officially apologizing about it, etc.
  

The fire ignited and spread like wild (via Twitter) then the fire fighting team (GR team in this case) put it out before it made to to the 6 O'Clock news =)
